Originally designed for use in the jungle, the Buck company developed the TALON into a universal heavy-duty survival knife. The extremely robust full tang construction made of non-stainless 5160 carbon steel is equipped with a Cerakote coating in Sniper Gray to protect against corrosion. Thanks to the special blade geometry and blade length, this knife is ideal for chopping, cleaving or batoning. The back of the blade equipped with a saw as well as the partially saw teeth at the handle transition open up further possible uses. With a length of 15.2 cm, the handle is not only pleasantly large, but is also made of black G10 and always lies securely in the hand. A M.O.L.L.E. Suitable sheath made of black polypropylene and polyester reliably secures the knife in use.
