After we have sent the package, you will receive an email confirmation directly from the shipping service provider. There you will also find the shipment number and a tracking link that you can use to track the status of your delivery yourself at any time.
As a rule, delivery within Germany takes two to four days from the confirmation of dispatch. In rare cases, however, there may be delays at the shipping service provider. Please contact us if delivery is delayed.
Regular shipping times
Germany: 2-4 days
Within the EU: 5-14 days
Worldwide: 5-30 days
Shipping across customs borders
There are generally no customs duties when shipping items within the European Union. As a rule, no declaration at customs is required. The package is simply delivered by the shipping service provider.
When we ship goods outside of the European Union, we attach a customs declaration and an invoice to the package. The customs authority of the recipient country checks the consignment and the documents upon import. The recipient is responsible for the customs declaration and compliance with the import regulations. Fees or taxes may be incurred as part of the customs procedure. Please note: these fees must be paid by the recipient. Before placing your order, find out about the import regulations in your country. You can usually find the relevant information on the website of the customs authorities.
Payment Methods
We offer you different payment methods - all of which are free of charge for you. Towards the end of the ordering process, you will be asked to choose one of the methods. Please note that not all payment methods are available in every country.
Prepayment transfer
Simply transfer the invoice amount from your SEPA-enabled current account. If you choose to pay in advance, the items ordered will only be dispatched after the payment has arrived on our account or when the goods have been completed. The ordered items remain reserved for you until payment has been made (maximum 7 days).
When making the transfer, please make sure to include the order number and your customer number as the intended purpose. If you pay for several orders at the same time, please transfer the individual amounts separately.
After you have completed your order, you will be given our bank details. Within Germany and most European countries, you only need to enter the IBAN. For transfers from some countries (e.g. Switzerland), however, the BIC is also required.
Credit card stripe
We use Stripe to process your payments. Stripe is a fast and secure way to use credit and debit cards for online payments. During the checkout you can choose between Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Debit credit cards are also accepted.

PayPal
This website offers one or more online payment methods provided by the following vendor: PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. When selecting a payment method from this vendor that involves you making a prepayment, your payment data provided during the order process (including name, address, bank and credit card information, currency, and transaction number), as well as information about the contents of your order, will be transmitted to them according to Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this case, your data will only be shared for the purpose of payment processing with the vendor and only to the extent necessary.
When selecting a payment method where we make a prepayment, you will also be prompted during the order process to provide certain personal data (first and last name, street address, house number, postal code, city, date of birth, email address, phone number, if applicable, data about an alternative payment method). In such cases, to maintain our legitimate interest in assessing your ability to make payments, we will transmit this data to the vendor for the purpose of a credit check according to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The vendor evaluates, based on the personal data you've provided and other data (such as shopping cart, invoice amount, order history, payment experiences), whether the chosen payment option can be granted considering payment and/or default risks.
The credit information might include probability values (so-called score values). If score values influence the result of the credit check, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical method. Address data is among the data used to calculate the score values, but not exclusively. You can object to the processing of your data at any time by sending a message to us or the vendor. However, the vendor may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for the contractual payment processing.
