Where can the voucher be redeemed? For which products can the voucher be redeemed? Vouchers can be redeemed for the entire range in the Fightwood Shop at www.fightwood.com. The voucher code must then be entered in the shopping cart when purchasing. Subsequent set-offs and / or cash payments are excluded. Fightwood assumes no liability for loss, theft or illegibility of the voucher / voucher file.

How long can the voucher be redeemed?

There is no time frame for redeeming a voucher. The voucher therefore has no expiry date and can be redeemed immediately after receiving the voucher code.

Who can redeem the voucher by? Is the voucher transferable?

Vouchers are transferable and can be given away. The redemption is not linked to the person who bought and paid for the voucher.

Can only one voucher be redeemed per order or can several vouchers be redeemed?

Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other discount codes. It is therefore not possible to enter two voucher codes in the order mask.

Can remaining credit be saved?

No, the remaining credit cannot be saved. The voucher value is always the minimum order value. Vouchers cannot be redeemed in partial amounts and the voucher value cannot be paid out in cash.

What happens to the voucher when the goods are returned?

If purchased goods that have been paid for with a voucher are returned, the buyer will be reimbursed the value paid after the return has been processed. This means that the voucher is no longer valid.
